1.Will my insurance cover this?

It varies depending on your plan. We are providers with Medicare and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. We do accept many more types of insurance plans as an out of network provider. Please bring in your card at your first appointment and our Insurance & Financial Coordinator will be glad to do a complimentary benefits check for you.

2.What is the price?

Honestly, it varies from patient to patient, we need to see if you are even a candidate for care first. Once we discover whether or not you are a candidate for our treatment programs we will break down the price- the total price of the plan, how much your insurance covers and how much you will be responsible for depending on your coverage. We also have financing options available to those who qualify. Please speak with our Insurance & Financial Coordinator to figure out what works best for you.

3.How long do I have to come?

Again, every patient is different and every treatment plan is customized. After we find out whether or not you are a candidate for treatment the doctor will go over how many visits are required to get you back to your optimal health.
